Vintage LEFTON'S rose bouquet white porcelain lipstick holder.
This piece is so lovely and feminine there are three transfer rose bouquets around the side. The transfers look to be handpainted then applied because there aren't any pixels. It measures 3⅝ inches across and 1⅜ inches tall.
There are 3 lipstick tube sized wells that have a diameter of 1 inch.
There are also 5 smaller holes for liner and brushes

1 - ¾ inch diameter
The hole in the center is for a small  bouquet of plastic roses. The roses are missing.
The red with gold paper label reads Lefton's Reg US Pat Off Exclusives Japan. This label dates the piece from 1953-1971. In addition 3381 is stamped below the label.
Free from chips or cracks. The adhesive on the paper label is not sticking on one side so the edge is coming up. There is shelf dust on the bottom and the plastic roses are missing.
