    We are offering a vintage I.W. Rice porcelain floral lipstick holder. 3'' tall & 4.75'' wide. Still has original foil stickers on bottom. Also has small felt pads on bottom. Good vintage condition. Some small fleabites on flowers.Can feel them but, not noticeable.
