Description
Vintage Posy Pitch backyard lawn game. Produced in the early/mid 1970s by the Eagle Rubber Co. of Ashland, Ohio. Similar to horseshoes. Idea is to toss colorful plastic flowers toward a wooden stake in the ground. Points are awarded for ringers, flowers touching the stake, and flowers within the scoring circle but not touching the stake. Game is nearly complete; it's only missing one of the plastic rings that goes around one of the stakes. Instruction are included, although they are a bit wrinkled. Box is in very good condition for its age. Back of box pictures other games produced by the Eagle Rubber Co., including Lawn Shuffleboard, Lawn Bowling, and Lawn Darts. Original retail price sticker is still attached to front of box. Buyer pays for shipping; this item will be shipped to U.S. addresses only, and only to the U.S. address on the buyer's ebay or PayPal account. I DO NOT participate in ebay's international shipping program. Sorry, but I don't take offers.
