VINTAGE 1961 REVLON DOLL LIPSTICK HOLDER NO. 0540 - Looks Great!

Vintage 1961 Revlon doll lipstick holder No. 0540
Awesome find!  In very good condition - (see photos - I have not see one like this before, so I don't know for sure if she is complete - i.e. did she have clothing on the top?)
Where the lipstick goes, it says:"INSERT REFILL FIRMLY INTO CASE"
There is still lipstick in the bottom section, but it does not come up when turned
Approximate size:   3/4" diameter x 4 1/2" high
The bottom is printed with the words DOLL LIPSTICK CASE  NO. 0540  COPYRIGHT 1961  REVLON, INC., N.Y.  MADE IN U.S.A.
Note:  The jewels are all in the necklace - but there is not one where the “clasp” is / The bottom section is covered in velvet material and just above that is a gold ring / The "hat" is stiff looped thread-like material.
