    This is an adorable Lipstick holder shaped as a little girl with blonde hair. This rare piece was made by I.W RICE Company.
    Most collectors just refer to it as IRICE.  There were other pieces made in this pattern (soap/trinket dish, toilet paper cover, hair spray cover) but I have already sold these pieces.... but point being that this would be a piece to start the collection and then look for the others as it is really colorful and cute for the bath area.  T
    he piece is 7" tall and there are 4 slots for lipstick tubes. No chips or cracks.
