This auction is for a used:
Jebao 3.4 WIFI Doser
The doser includes a power supply and an extra doser module, as seen in the pics.  It does not include the original box.
The doser was calibrated with water but never ended up getting used, so no non-water substances went through it.
No tubing is provided with this, nor is the box.  It comes with the unit, power supply and one extra doser module.
I won't be providing a guarantee for problems connecting to it via WIFI.  This is a widespread issue with aquarium wifi products due to few if any supporting 5Ghz.  (other than high throughput devices, like cams) I will provide a guarantee for any hardware problems, such as it not booting up.  I included an extra doser module so if doser modules don't work my guarantee would only apply if 2 of them didn't work.
- Even though I won't be providing a guarantee on the inability to connect, I would certainly be willing to provide some suggestions via email.  This is an issue with the majority of aquarium wifi devices, even high end brands like Ecotech.  The problem is that your phone needs to be on the 2.4 band while performing setup.  (not after it's set up)

only if we are notified within 1 week
of delivery.  Unfortunately the 1 week guarantee is not flexible.  The reason is that we often sell for a 3rd party and we only get a refund if we notify them within 1 week.  Also note that the guarantee is only for DOA,
not for compatibility

How the guarantee applies for compatibility issues?
The guarantee does not cover compatibility issues.

If it gets returned to us and works in our test lab then the guarantee will not apply.

An example would be if someone bought computer memory without ensuring that it was compatible in their computer.  We test the product in our lab prior to providing any refunds.
Why the shipping charge may be more or less than actual cost?
We usually use a carrier for shipping who weighs, packages and ships our products.  Since the auction is initiated prior to us giving it to our carrier, we take our best guess of the shipping cost based on size, weight and an average distance from us.  Also keep in mind that the shipping cost includes packaging costs but no ?handling? or similar fees that are simply there to make money.  All shipping costs are posted in the auctions.
Do we test our products prior to shipping?
All Cisco products
(unless noted otherwise)
are tested by our in-house CCIE.  All computer products are tested by an engineer with a good level of computer knowledge.  Since anything can happen in transit we do offer the 72 hour guarantee (
from when the device arrives at your site
) as long as it is actually defective.
