Fabulous Transferware Bisquit Jar - English?German?

Description

This is an old fashioned cookie jar.  The top and handle are silver plated.  The body is glazed and they use a transfer on it.  Primary color is blue.  Jar is 5 inches tall and 5 1/2 inches across.  A nice piece, no chips or cracks.
