Attentoin
The salinity of seawater tanks should be divided into pure fish tanks and coral tanks:
FOT (pure fish tanks): 1.020-1.024
RT (coral tanks): 1.024-1.026
Calibration
1. Open the cover and drop 3-4 drops of pure water onto the prism.
2. Look from the eyepiece. Is the blue and white boundary line on the “0” scale. If not, use your screwdriver to turn left and right at the calibration point and adjust to the “0” scale line.
3. Wipe the water clean with a wipe or the cloth.
Detection
1. Drop 3-4 drops of the sample to be tested onto the prism. No bubbles can be generated.
2. Look from the eyepiece, the blue-white boundary line object scale value is the concentration of the sample solution.
