    Bought this at an estate auction in the 90's in Alabama.
    It seems very reminiscent  of the Tiffany Style items of the Deco era.
    Although not stamped maker on piece.
    It has a Total weight of 32 gms.  I belive the inner push movement is about 4 gms, very thin.
    This is a collectors item.
    Very rare.  I have not seen one anywhere,
